It’s been a while, but in the space between posts I can say with certainty a lot has been done.
I got my degree and am set to walk for my Associates in Computer Science this December. I’ve also been consistent in my workout goals, getting to the gym consistently this past month. Ive started relearning acoustic guitar as well. Yet more than any tangible growth, these past couple weeks I’ve been refined spiritually. My vision has been re-focused, my discernment sharpened, and my mental fortitude reinforced. All thanks to Almighty God. Where there was once uncertainty and even some discouragement I now have peace and confidence in the Most High. I’ve got goals that I’ve achieved, and goals that I have set, and I know that God will continue to direct me in the way I should go. I don’t know what tomorrow holds but I’m even more at peace with the not knowing. So today I want to encourage you that if you strive for nothing else in this life, strive to further your relationship with Jesus. Don’t just pray about it, be about it. What I mean by that is; dont just pray for God for a deeper relationship with Him, do your part. Set aside time for Him to minister to you. Be willing to surrender your free time or quiet moments. Dedicate your talent(s) to Him, ask Him how you can glorify Him and spread the gospel through the gifts He’s given you. Time is one of the best seeds you can sow this side of eternity, why not sow it with God? On that note, the small break is over, and we’re back to our regularly scheduled postings
